The pork meat used in the production of these tasteful salami comes from breeding farms on the first hills of the Appennino Romagnolo, where the pink pigs are free to move in large unpolluted areas. They are fed with NO GMO animal food and they reach the weight of 200 Kg when they are 12-14 months old. The salami is produced in an artisan way, keeping all the natural flavours and guaranteeing genuiness and digestibility.
