Pasta di Gragnano PGI is manufactured by selecting only the best mixtures of Italian durum wheat semolina and by using only local spring water. The form of the pasta is created with the method of bronze plate drawing, in order to obtain the typical roughness. This is a very important feature of Pasta di Gragnano PGI that allows sauces to adhere to every single maccherone, helping you achieving success in the making of your best pasta dishes. This high quality pasta is then slowly dried by the only action of the sun. When this pasta is cooked, it stays firm and it gives off a wonderful aroma.
