This caciotta is produced with the genuine milk of the cows nourished in the Rimini hinterland grazing lands, where the hills gently turn in the first mountains of the Italian Appennino. After a short seasoning, the wheels of cheese are beeswax packed in order to deliver directly on your table this delicate soft cheese.

 

Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, lactobacilli, rennet and salt.
