It is a very good liqueur obtained thanks to the infusion of olive leaves and bark in alcohol, with the only addition of sugar and natural aromatic herbs, following a traditional working method which lasts several months. The result is a digestive liqueur, amber-coloured, with a sweet balsamic taste and a lightly bitter aftertaste, 30% ABV. Very versatile, it can be served at room-temperature, chilly in summer or even hot with a slice of lemon in winter. It pairs well with ice cream, crepes and can be used to create new interesting cocktails.
