Small, cherry-like, red chili peppers, are carefully selected. The pulp and the seeds are scooped out by hand and the peppers are cooked in wine vinegar. Then, they are stuffed with a filling made of tuna, capers and salt and dipped in our great extra-virgin olive oil. The outcome is a delightful product, perfect as a starter, it enriches every dish with its fine taste.
