MOSTARDA ROMAGNOLA

 
 

A precious gift handed down with passion from a previous generation of grandmothers, the so-called "azdore”, Romagna mostarda is the new appetizing delicacy from the Pasquinoni selection. Simple, but at the same time very tasty ingredients, like quince apples, pears, plums, oranges, lemon juice, brown sugar and a touch of mustard, characterize its strong unmistakable taste. It is a real pleasure to taste it for breakfast, on pies, ice-creams, yoghurt or desserts; it’s delicious with Taleggio cheese, polenta, ricotta cheese, boiled meat and steamed fish.
