HONEY-VINEGAR - THE ELIXIR OF THE COUNTESS

 
 

Following an ancient recipe from Emilia Romagna, we are glad to offer to you our precious honey-vinegar, made only by 100% Italian honey and balsamic vinegar of Modena. The outcome is a tasty and creamy dressing that can pair a great variety of different food. Ideed it is excellent with cold cuts, stuffed pasta, stewed or roasted meat, focaccia, quiches, cheeses, ice-cream, desserts and fresh fruits. The sweetest gift for your taste, a fine delicacy that will satisfy even the most refined gourmets. We recommend to serve it at a temperature included between 15°C and 20°C.
