The extra-virgin olive oil Quattro Regioni is rich in taste and aroma. The selected olives come from Romagna, Lazio, Umbria and Abruzzo. Pasquinoni’s mill, after a 40-years experience in olive oil production, has decided to offer to the most exigent customers a cocktail of high quality olives. This extra-virgin olive oil isn’t filtrated, so there could be some sediments on the bottom of the bottle. It is recommended with cereals and legumes soups, bread, read meat, seasoned cheeses.
