WHOLE SEA SALT OF CERVIA

 
 

Cervia cooking salt. This salt is produced in Cervia’s thousand-year old saline where the traditional methods of salt extraction are still applied. The natural drying conserves its typical humidity degree (2%) and all the main sea minerals (iodine, zinc, copper, manganese, iron, magnesium and potassium). Strongly recommended for cooking and for the production of cold cuts and cheeses.
